About Me
I’m a former D1 volleyball athlete turned movement coach—someone passionate about helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. Since 2017, I’ve worked with everyone from nationally ranked teams to first-time 11-year-old athletes, and that range has shaped how I coach: adaptable, supportive, and always people-first.
Volleyball may be my foundation, but helping others unlock their full potential is what drives me. Whether you’re an athlete chasing performance, a mom getting back to daily strength, or someone navigating prehab, rehab, or post-rehab, I’m here to guide you back to moving freely and living fully.
